Fewer visitors, more revenue at local casinos

The four gaming sites in the New Orleans area saw a slight uptick in revenue in March compared to the month before, even with fewer visitors.

The Louisiana Gaming Control Board reported a nearly 7 percent increase to $54 million in revenue in March compared to February, which saw $50.65 million.
