Greater New Orleans Hotel & Lodging Association Announces
2010 President Amy Reimer
New Orleans, LA - January 8, 2010
The Greater New Orleans Hotel & Lodging
Association
recently elected Amy Reimer as its President. 
Amy Reimer is the general manager of the boutique
hotel, International House, and its sister property, Loft 523. She is a past Chairman of the New Orleans
Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Reimer's talents have earned her numerous awards and acknowledgements,
including the honor of being named by New
Orleans CityBusiness Magazine as one of fifty New Orleans area women who have made notable
contributions in business and the community.
Amy has served as a board member and as Treasurer, Secretary, and
Vice-President of the Greater New Orleans Hotel & Lodging Association. She is a member of the Boards of Directors of
the Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau, the New Orleans Tourism
Marketing Corporation, and on the Executive Committee of the Greater New
Orleans Sports Foundation.
Other officers elected to serve in 2010 were: Vice-President

The Roosevelt Hotel New Orleans; Immediate Past President and Chairman of the

Days Inn New Orleans Airport; Jim Hoskins, Harrah's New Orleans Hotel; Russell
Miller, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel; Bruce Perone, New Orleans Fine Hotels; Warren
Reuther, Ambassador Hotel New Orleans; John Romano, Hilton St. Charles; David
Teich, Windsor Court Hotel; Angela Thompson, W New Orleans Hotel; Kathleen
Young, Chateau LeMoyne French Quarter; Gil Zanchi, New Orleans Marriott; Frank
Zumbo, Renaissance Pere Marquette.
