Description

- Articulate and negotiate all details related to scheduled meetings and events, including event specifications and payment arrangements. - Collaborate closely with clients to determine menu options, event setup, and room arrangements. - Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure all event requirements are met, including sleeping rooms and additional upsell opportunities. - Manage event timelines and ensure all logistical details are executed smoothly. - Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process, providing updates and addressing any concerns. - Assist in upselling additional services and amenities to enhance the client experience and revenue.
