- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner. - Uphold The Windsor Court’s commitment to superior hospitality. - Provide outstanding service to guests in the club lounge. - Prepare server station according to The Windsor Court’s specifications prior to event. - Set station according to The Windsor Court’s specifications prior to event. - Serve guests efficiently and with fine dining etiquette. - Clear used dishes as necessary. - Notify Manager if assistance is required or of any potential problems immediately. - Responsible for the achievement of departmental objectives and goals. - Maintain open communication with other departments. - Attend meetings as necessary. - Promote teamwork, employee motivation, and morale. - Follow all safety and security regulations. - Maintain the confidentiality of The Windsor Court and its guests. - At all times, adhere to the policies and procedures of The Windsor Court and state liquor regulations. - Any other assigned tasks or duties as required.
