The Corporate Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing room revenue by managing and supervising each managed hotel’s room inventory, supporting, training, and overseeing the revenue management team at each property. Education & Experience: • A minimum of at least 3 years of Hotel Director of Revenue experience and a Bachelor’s degree. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Strong background in field operations (5 years at managerial level. • Strong knowledge and background in Operations and Revenue Management. • Specific involvement and experience in employee training • Computer literacy, i.e., Excel, Microsoft Word, reservation systems, yield management systems, etc. • Ability to travel when necessary Desirable qualifications: • Front Office and/or Revenue Manager experience at a full-service hotel. • Multi-unit property management experience. • In-depth knowledge of computer systems relative to the Hotel/Restaurant industry.
