- Prepare and serve food orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure compliance with state and federal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including The Bar and pool surrounding areas - Prepare and serve food according to hotel standards. - Coordinate The Pool Bar duties, including upselling and promotions - Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive experience - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Ensures tips are reported properly for tax processing. - Attempts to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as discontinuing alcohol service and notifying management of potential problem(s).
