Description

- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the Catering and Conference Services Managers to ensure effective sales activities and excellent service delivery. - Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing accounts and attract new business, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. - Oversee all sales-related activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up, and sales administration to maximize revenue and profitability. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. - Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the catering and conference services team. - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to catering and conference sales performance. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster repeat business and a positive reputation.
