Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for corporate and property-level employees across multiple hotel brands and locations Ensure accurate entry, validation, and auditing of payroll data including hours worked, PTO, bonuses, commissions, and adjustments Review and resolve payroll discrepancies, retro pay, and off-cycle payrolls as needed Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws Support payroll tax filings, garnishments, and deductions in coordination with third-party vendors Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and professional support Partner with HR and Finance to ensure employee data (new hires, terminations, pay changes) is accurate and up to date in Workday Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audit requests Maintain payroll documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and controls Qualifications 2–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in hospitality or a multi-unit environment Working knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour compliance, and payroll best practices Experience with Workday Payroll strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools HRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides fair and equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other protected status prohibited under Federal, State, or local laws.
