Description

Prepare and assemble cold menu items, including salads, fruit displays, charcuterie, cold appetizers, dressings, and garnishes. Set up and stock the pantry station for breakfast and brunch service. Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain proper food handling, labeling, and storage procedures. Monitor product freshness and minimize waste. Assist with prep work for other kitchen stations as needed. Keep the work area clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and supervisors.
