Description

- Prepare all food items for banquets, restaurant/dining outlets, cafes, room service, employee cafeterias, and other catering events based on standardized recipes. - Ensure that all dishes are appealing, appetizing, and served in a timely manner. - Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen and work areas. - Minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency while maximizing production output. - Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all food presentation standards are met. - Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service periods. - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
