Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar cold food or garde manger role, preferable in a banquet or catering
Description

Prepare and assemble cold food items for banquets and events, including salads, dressings, hors d’oeuvres, cold appetizers, charcuterie, canapés, and plated desserts as assigned Execute banquet menus according to standardized recipes, event orders, and presentation guidelines Assist with large-scale food production, plating, and garnishing to ensure timely service Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cold food preparation area in compliance with food safety standards Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and quality across all cold food offerings Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth operations
