Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and deep cleaning carpets to preserve the appearance and safety of all flooring types. Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public restrooms to ensure availability at all times. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable; experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies.
