Take and fulfill guest beverage requests in a timely and accurate manner. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge. Bus tables as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of all Polo Lounge and surrounding areas. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Ensures tips are reported correctly for tax processing. Attempts to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as discontinuing alcohol service and notifying management of potential problem(s). Ensure compliance with state and federal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
