Collin Arnold gave advice on how to protect yourself and loved ones before and after a hurricane, such as creating a Smart911 profile. Also, information was given on how businesses can apply to re-enter the city after a hurricane: click here. If your property has already been registered to receive a placard, please email him directly to receive future placards.
